Who among us has not set aside distressing measures of good sense to pursue it? This, in spite of instinctive knowledge that perceived love is often false, imagined or delusional. Even love that is true constantly shifts and changes beyond all prediction. In that, though, dwells love’s beauty. It is an untouchable bliss that teases and haunts us all. Love continuously compels us to thoughtless and reckless action, rewarding only those brave enough to continue this pursuit eternally. Love’s warm and chaotic madness belongs exclusively to these fearless souls.
With this collection of poems, Cliff Turner explores love’s kaleidoscope of hope, despair, euphoria and agony. Culminating in an unsuccessful attempt to explain our addiction to its madness.

Cliff Turner writes from Edmonton, Alberta. He enjoys a highly eclectic lifestyle which is reflected in his writing. Delving into the raw emotions found in typical circumstances, Cliff's aim is to give a strong voice to that which is usually whispered.
